Weber - Everyday Knife Set

Containing all four of the Weber everyday knifes; the Chef Knife, Santoku, Utility, and serrated Utility, be ready for any job no matter how big or small.

• Ice Hardened. Heated to over 1000°C then rapidly cooled to increase hardness, for a better cutting edge.
• Water Mill Taper Grind. Cooled with water during the sharpening process to protect the steel and maintain hardness.
• The all purpose Chef knife is great for carving and cutting whole vegetables.
• Featuring a 170mm blade, the Santoku knife reduces fatigue over long periods while maintaining its ideal all rounder nature.
• The perfect 'in between' knife, the Utility is great for trimming, slicing and working around bones.
• The featured Serrated Utility edge is perfect for food that's tough on the outside and soft on the inside.
